If you want to include an attachment with your article please host it on your web site and link it back to it from the article.

Please note by agreeing to these terms that authors submitting to the voice are aware that using articles without express permission to republish infringes on copyright law, and the author will be held liable by the association if any action is taken by the authors or owner of the content.  Infringing on intellectual property rights is also a breach of the code of ethics and if the author holds their CHRP, and it has been determined has breached the code of ethics may risk having their designation and membership in the association revoked.
