BC HRMA, adhering to VANOC’s call for less traffic congestion, is adjusting office hours for the duration of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games February 12 – February 26. The association is committed to the operating hours of 7:30am to 1:30pm. Outside of these hours, staff may be available depending on their individual work schedules. Most of the staff will be working from home and members are encouraged to communicate via email rather than phone calls.
To accommodate the extra-heavy traffic congestion on Friday, February 12, the BC HRMA office will be closed as all staff will be working from home. As a result of this closure, the early bird deadline for Conference 2010 will be shifted to Monday, February 15, 2010!
